Hi!
It show’s data from the point you’ve installed it. So if you just installed it, and noone downloaded any files, it won’t have anything to return. As soon as even one file is downloaded, it will show up on the backend.

Thanks for your time to replay and help me.
It still doesn’t show me how many downloads being done.
I have another counter “filedownload” which counts downloads.
Where is the problem?

Maybe I should have posted here instead. Same problem.
Just a notification: I’m aware of the problem, working to resolve it.

it is still not counting downloads! I have no idea what the problem is. Do we have to put in a new code with every download now, cause the old ones do not count anything at all.
this page has said 9 downloads for ever now, I personally downloaded it 5 times today and it still says 9. http://sims3.candiecoded.com/?p=638
I have the same problem, under WordPress 3.5.1 with Electric Studio Download Counter 2.0.2 it doesn’t count any download anymore and it doesn’t allow me to download local PDF files anymore (nothing happens if clicking on it).
