When clicking on event, google calendar opens instead of event information box

I installed the calendar and everything was working great. Yesterday I was checking it and when I clicked on an event on the calendar, it opened the google calendar instead of just the event information box. To stop that, I checked the “Disable Event Link” box and that stopped Google Calendar from opening up but doesn’t fix the problem of the information box not showing. I deleted and reinstalled the plugin but that didn’t change anything. Any ideas of what might have happened or what I can do to fix it?
