when activating and deactivating plugin it loose configuration

    That’s strange. The plugin is just deleting the data when you uninstall it, not when you just deactivate it. I just tested it and it’s working fine.

    Are you sure, you didn’t uninstall the plugin? Or do you have some kind of garbage collector plugin, which automatically deletes all data, which is no longer in use?

    Now, quickly deactivating and reactivating the “affiliate power” plugin the data remain saved. To clean the database I am using this plugin: “WP-Optimize”. When more info I will send you them.

    Yes, I guess WP Optimize deleted the options in the databases after a while because it thought they are no longer required.
