When Accessing Themes I Am Kicked Out

I am attempting to customize my wordpress.org site however whenever I click on Customize or to view the different themes it makes me input my log in information than kicks me out with the message: “Session expired. Please log in again. You will not move away from this page.”

I have tried using different browsers and have cleared my cache/cookies.

Any help please?!
