Wheel to indicate email is being sent?

Hi Nicholas,

I like this plugin, but I’m facing a limitation.
When a user click on ‘Send’ the button goes gray but there’s no indication of what’s going on.
This leads to people clicking multiple times (as already reported in another thread).

Can you add a simple rotating wheel to indicate that the message is being sent?
