We installed MultiVendorX pro because we want to use a Paypal feature named “instant payouts”. And, the experience trying to get Paypal “front line” support to understand the term was a real challenge, but eventually we got to the correct person. The reason for “instant payouts” is because we want digital music and album creators, to have the ability to become a vendor. In becoming a vendor they can sell their music and “instantly” get paid. MultiVendor X Pro is the necessity to make this happen. When we ran into an issue we spent a substantial amount of time running plugin conflict tests and working with our hosting company to figure out and eliminate the usual culprit issues. Then, we contacted MVX to look into the issue. The were fantastic in keeping in touch with the communication emails and eventually fixed the bug. Whew! Much appreciated to see and know that we are not just pushed to the side and informed with a statement like ” it must be someone elses’ plugin.” I greatly appreciated the support. And, the betterment of the email in stating they are going to make changes to the plugin for future releases. This support, in my opinion, is how every good devaloper should treat it’s clients.
