# WhatsApp Template

 * Just installed the plugin and under Settings > Messages I can not disable the
   WhatsApp Template.
 * My fear is that a review reminder will automatically be sent to a customer who
   recently purchased an item.
 * How can I inactivate this function, please?

 * The WhatsApp message can be sent manually, no need to disable the message template.
   The automatic review reminder will send the email only.

 * OK, thanks for your reassuring reply.
   CusRev is great, currently I am using it
   for showcasing customer reviews with a shortcode, but will evaluate other features
   as well.
