What's wrong with my htaccess?

I know it sounds silly but I’m really confused.

I got the “.ht access may need to be moved” warning, so I checked what’s going on there.

WordPress it’s installed to mydomain/wp.

Do I need to edit the RewriteBase rule? SuperCache it’s not working properly?
