    Hi davebox,

    There are no issues with ClickDesk. We were doing a performance update and migration activity after our upgrade few weeks ago and during that process few customers were not able to access their accounts.

    This system upgrade on our end doesn’t require you to make any changes.
    The feedback we received for the latest dashboard and changes was phenomenal.
