    Based on the forum, seems like some people were having some trouble with Clickdesk prior to and during their recent upgrade. So how has it been working over the past few weeks? If you had to do it over again, would you buy it? If not, what would you do instead?

    Hi davebox,

    There are no issues with ClickDesk. We were doing a performance update and migration activity after our upgrade few weeks ago and during that process few customers were not able to access their accounts.

    This system upgrade on our end doesn't require you to make any changes.
    The feedback we received for the latest dashboard and changes was phenomenal.
