What's the risk of uninstall and re-installing this plugin?

    I got WordPress SEO by YOAST on my WP multisite.

    Give then problem I am facing with google webmaster and the robot.txt thing (which I don’t have); I am planning to uninstall and re-installing the plugin.

    However, I used the plugin to redirect hundreds of posts one by one.

    So, if I uninstall and re-install the plugin; will I lose all those redirects and will have to do all over again?
