  • I just wish there was more documentation in using it in a theme, or if someone can clarify how to use this plugin on theme files…

    My expectations

    1. Install/Activate plugin
    2. to use WP-FirePHP simply put $wpfphp->log($variable); in a file and watch the magic that is FirePHP.

lol.. Sorry, don’t me to be harsh, but this plugin has potential.. I’m just confused..

The function to create output is always FB::, like FB::info( $var ); see the plugin file, is not a ready solution, is a example how you can use this for your debugging. But maybe you will test the Debug Objects (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/debug-objects/) plugin, is more my helper to debug WP. the current version have also a solution for debugging in the console, but current only in Chrome, not Firefox – FireBug.

Still not know what to do with FirePHP. Can I use it to find out wich vars are used and where on WP 3.5.1 + the used premium theme + the plugins I have installed?

I read nothing useful in the “readme”

Maybe FirePHP is only useful for PHP masters because they know it all already and need just a listing of functions and vars.

For me it is important to analyze a running WP based installation to learn about conflicts and to make my own modifications to solve such function and variables conflict.
