I bought premium to see if it would work for me. It didn’t and they refused to give a refund.

Yes, but I started with the free version and upgraded when free didn’t work. I was surprised when I couldn’t get a refund when that didn’t work either. I had to switch to a different filter plugin.

WOOF works as described, and if you have problems you could create public support request here https://pluginus.net/support/forum/woof-woocommerce-products-filter/, but you exactly after buying downloaded premium version of the plugin and requested refund and it was fairly declined by refund rules https://codecanyon.net/page/customer_refund_policy#not-refundable – if you really have problems you can ask help on support which works. If your problem is real and WOOF is guilty – I will give you full refund and gift as compensation.

I had already solved the problem by removing the plugin and switching to a different one. It is possible there was a conflict with another plugin or our theme, but I didn’t want to change those and I was able to solve it without changing anything else.
