What to input in the 'title attribute' and 'menu label' field?

    I have been using this plug in for a while and I find it to be simple and easy to understand. But I am confused with two fields in the SEO of wordpress pages. What to be entered in ‘Title attribute’ field and in ‘menu label’ field? Some pages of my website are not included in any menu. Do they require menu label?
    Sorry if it is a dumb question but I am new to wordpress.
    Hope someone could help.
