    Hi, this plugin is intended to use with other plugin BWP Minify, do you have installed it?

    After activation of BWP Minify, this plugin defer automatically the CSS Load, helping browser to distribute better the load of external page resources.

    And therefore, this plugin is unattended, no user interface at the moment.

    As you mention April 21st, just to be clear, our plugin it’s not directly related to convert pages mobile friendly, it only works implements defer loading styles generated from main plugin BWP Minify.
