    Have you looked at the installation instructions – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-pagenavi/installation/

    You should have next_posts_link() and previous_posts_link() in your index.php or loop.php, content.php
    I would look in those files.

    HI bck5WG,

    I just downloaded the theme and saw that in the readme file there’s this:

    It is a simple WordPress theme without any plugin needed (support plugin WP-PageNavi, WP Page Numbers, WP-PostViews, wp-utf8-excerpt, Related Posts of Simple Tags, WP-RecentComments), little images, custom-menu, widgets, threaded-comments. For WordPress version 3.0+

    So looks like you don’t even need the plugin.

    I would send the question to the theme developer if you have issues with the pagenavi

    Thanks, Christine. I left a comment but it seems the owner is traveling, so I hope I get an answer. Maybe I’ll just install the plug-in, activate, close my eyes and see what happens.

    BTW, I love the look of your theme. One of these days, when I’m brave enough, I’ll switch themes. I’m deciding between your theme and 2012.

    It works! I just went ahead and installed and activated the plug-in. Didn’t have to change a thing.
