what theme is best suited to turn my site into a wordpress site?

HI,

I want to switch my site over to wordpress, but cant find a theme that looks like the site I have. I don’t want to do any major customization and don’t know code at all. If there were changes it would have to be from the options panel on the theme.

I have no budget and a massive need to be able to post information more quickly to my site.
