What return url to use?

    Hi, I have a html form, independent of wordpress, and I would like to use this plugin as an endpoint to receive the form entries, however, I can’t find what url to use in the action “” attribute, I tried the slug, form id , among others, without success. How could I achieve this? Thank you!
