What Plugins to Build a Support Ticket System

    @corbula

    I’m trying to build a website using WordPress and it really needs a support ticket system. I’ve tried looking around at plugins that are available but to be honest none of them have really worked.

    It doesn’t really need to be complex just a simple support system. A form that creates the ticket and emails the user and the support team. A page on the website that will show the ticket details and allow support to reply or change the tickets status which will then email the user that it’s been updated.

    I tried using Contact Form 7 for the support form and to automatically email the right people. I also tried Contact Form 7 to Database Extension to save the form submission to the database and then display them in a table. But that’s as far as i got because there wouldn’t of been a way to reply to the ticket and have that displaying in a threaded format.

    Does anyone know how this can be achieved and what plugins to use?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks
