# What plugins can I replace with WP code?

 * The [sitereport.com](http://sitereportcard.com/) report for my website is showing
   abysmal results. It is showing me a Load Time of 187.71 seconds! The URL for 
   the site is a redirect so the URL looks like it’s from my university. Also, the
   UNCG header at the top of the page is a requirement that includes Javascript 
   and 3 different style sheets!
 * The plugins I’m using are below. I’m hoping that if I replace some of them with
   WP code, the site will be faster. This isn’t an especially image heavy site, 
   so I have no idea why it’s crawling.

 * It is also being hosted on a shared server at Bluehost. They’re throttling the
   website since they claim its demanding too much on their servers. :-/

   or handled externally?
