What plugin enables visitors to arrange multiple images on a page & upload?

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone had come across a plugin or something that would allow visitors to my wordpress site to resize and arrange multiple images, of their own, over a number of pages which would then be emailed to me in their chosen layout?

I have been trawling through and can’t seem to find anything!
