What once was pretty good, now isn’t

It used to be awesome when used with a Buffer account to stream a steady flow of social media updates. However, a steady stream of added “features” in the last couple of years has dramatically affected its performance. It now has a problem working with Cloudflare that prevents it from generating a preview for BlueSky and X, making it totally useless for me. The company seems to think it’s okay to require users to add custom WAF rules, or turn off bot fight mode, to use with Cloudflare.
The company seems to have a bit of a siege mentality with tech support frustrating to deal with at times, even when detailed descriptions in English and screen recordings are provided, and are quick to direct fault to the user’s site. What once was pretty good, now isn’t.
