# What is wrong with my code?

 * Hi,
 * I edited the default form that comes with this plugin and it looked great to 
   begin with but as I started adding more texts, things started to look weird. 
   Half way down, the form goes much further to the left and then one of the fields
   is in a second column on the right. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I am 
   using Divi from Elegant themes and this is the code I used. Thanks!
