what is the good file ".mo' in use?

    Hello; what is the .mo file that is used for the wordpress \ wp-content \ plugins \ contact-form-7 \ languages or that of wordpress \ wp-content \ languages \ plugins? (Which is twice as large)
    Because the backend is partially translated in FR but the messages for visitors in the frontend are all totally in English

    I only have the po version of “\ languages \ plugins” the other exists only release .mo.
    it blocks a little
