Facebook Id is a your facebook APP ID.
Click here and create a facebook app.

Hello nicnack,

You should take Facebook ID from your URL from Facebook page, for example you go to your Facebook page and see this URl:
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1234567, you should copy the digits (or words), which go after id=, i.e. 1234567 in this case.
It is your Face book ID.
