What is the best page caching plugin to use with flying scripts?

Hi there,

I saw a previous comment about using Cache Enabler with Flying Scripts:

“This plugin doesn’t work with https://wordpress.org/plugins/cache-enabler/ There isn’t much info too add unfortunately but you can see simply using cache-enable for page caching causes any scripts added into flying scripts to load as normal instead of loading on user interaction / loading after the delay”

Is there a conflict with Flying Scripts and Cache Enabler? If so, what page caching plugin do you recommend?
