 * After a long hard night of work, i can now go to my install.php. But over the
   introducing text and on all followings site stand this comment:
 * Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/
   www/web18/html/wp-admin/install.php on line 6
 * What can i do?
