What is going on

I get the following message:
“Bleh. The URL shortening service you configured could not be reached as of now. This might be a temporary problem, please try again later!”

Now I discovered that since december I have not been publishing tweets and nor shortened URL.

I have checked setting. All seems ok. Any suggestions how to fix this. I really liked this simple plugin.

Or is this plugin now obsolete?
