    Hi there,

    I’m not sure to undesrtand what is an unresolved ticket ?
    Is it any ticket not closed ? Then opened tickets ?

    Not clear for me.

    Ok I found it.

    Go to “Tickets list > more settings”
    and select “unresolved status” and check concerned options.

    “Unresolved ticket” resolved ^^

    I add this note about Unresolved status.

    In fact a ticket is Opened or Closed
    So I replaced unresolved by Opened

    A ticket can be closed and unresolved
    But in user interface the most important is to know which tickets are still opened, and which ones are closed.

    I think for a better understanding of filters use the word OPEN is more sharp than Unresolved.
