I’m assuming that in most cases this plugin will work as advertised. But what if a plugin that one wants to roll back changes the database structure in some way in the latest version that you are rolling back from? I presume those changes would stay and possibly the rollback wouldn’t work?

I just used your plugin to successfully rollback a plugin, but I was just curious to know this in case I need to use it again I want to know the implications of how it works.

You’re absolutely correct. If a plugin makes a significant db change with an update this plugin will not roll it back.
