what if i reset wp_options table?

    my wp_options table is more than 400 mb and it keeps crashing.
    I tested multiple plugins to clean or optimize it but the size didn’t decrease.
    so I’m thinking of resetting this table to wordpress default and then make required changes again.
    my question is does this action deletes any other data, other than plugins and themes option?
    will I lost custom posts created by plugins?
