    Hi, I accidentally have deleted the order … and I need to fill this order number in my taxes … what to do ?

    Hey @andisman, do you happen to have the order in the trash on your site still? Please view your orders list and see if the trash status is an option:

    If so, you should be able to restore the order and use it 🙂 However, if it’s been permanently deleted (either manually or automatically after a month or so), then I’m afraid there’s no way to retrieve this information. Can you please check out the order list and let me know what you see?

    I’m afraid not 🙁 There’s no way to bring back permanently deleted data unfortunately.

    It may be a long shot, but I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting company to see if there’s a backup of your site with this order. Most hosts don’t save backups for very long (typically 30 days) if they do them, so I’m not sure if the order was placed in this time period, but it couldn’t hurt to ask.

    You could also consider seeing if you still have the admin “new order” notification email if you need details on order totals, etc., as it may help (not sure if you have them enabled).

    Sorry I don’t have better news for you here!
