    Plugin seems interesting! I didn’t find information on what happens if the customer cancels a previous order. Does the points that the customer got get removed from the cancelled order?

    Hello @nikov ,

    Thanks for using our plugin. In our org version if order status falls in canceled or refunded then points will not revert. It remains the same. If you want the after the order gets canceled or refunded then points will revert. We have this feature in our pro version. Please have a look.
