    After last updates, instead of events list for a particular event category or for a particular event tag I see only the list of categories or the list of tags, that is, is displayed the content of the parent page of categories or tags.

    I re-saved my permalinks, but no changes.
    With the default theme things also not changed.
    Disabling all plugins also doesn’t helped.

    Hi everyone, just to let you know that we have reproduced the issue, and will fix this very shortly in an upcoming update.

    I’ve just released and this should fix the issue.

    Unfortunately, whilst trying to fix a ‘bug’ in 5.8.1 which was more of a compatibility band-aid for conflicts with certain themes that weren’t doing things right, we switched the order of the taxonomy/content filters in our own plugin. That resulted in the category/tag list page filters never being deactivated and then overwriting the actually category/tag page that was going to be shown.

    Hopefully, that’ll now fix both sides of the coin!
