What happened after canceling the membership?

I had a member who cancelled his membership, everything went go so far. But now Im looking at the Recurring payments on Paypal and the email for that user still “Active”? Meaning that will charge the user the next due date. Shouldn’t be cancelled there too?
Im using Paypal Payment Pro.

Jeffry,

It should have cancelled their subscription at PayPal as well. I’m going to test this on our dev setup to see if it’s happening there.

PMPro will typically send an email to the admin if it fails to cancel the subscription. Did you get this email?

I just received this email:

The membership for “Member” at Remix4Djs has been cancelled.

Account: “Member” (member email)

Membership Level: Monthly

Start Date: May 28, 2013

Cancellation Date: July 11, 2013

I can’t reproduce this one, for more help you can sign up for support on our site at http://www.paidmembershipspro.com and send me info to access your site. I will be able to take a look at your specific setup and figure out what is going on.
