What functionality should this IT website have?

    It will provide insurance / service / support to desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, unlimited cloud backup & storage, etc and service all types of clients (including government GSA). The website will be database driven with excellent analytics and security and will have information about international partnerships and retail walk in repair stores in various parts of the US for smartphones, tablets, and laptops. What functionality should this IT website have?

    What do you mean? You just listed the functionality that you want for for it, so that’s what it needs. Is there something else that you need to know?

    I don’t understand what you’re trying to ask. Seeing as how this is a WordPress forum, wouldn’t you be building the system with WordPress and then customising it to do what you want it to?

    Or are you asking how you should actually do what you want the site to do??

    If that’s the case, you’re not going ot like the answer. There’s a huge range of plugins that are available for WordPress, but for somethine like you’re proposing, you’re going to need a whole heap of professional custom-built code. There’s a lot of very specialised requirements in there, and I doubt that you’ll find a combination of plugins that can be made to do what you are looking for.
