    Hi.

I had used the slideshow block (I think that’s what it was called?) that was available through Jetpack before but that block seems to have disappeared and any instances of that block just show a huge blank on my page.

What happened? Has such functionality been removed? I still see documents online referring to a slideshow block from Jetpack but the only Jetpack block I see available in the block editor is Pintrest and Star Rating. Seriously, what happened????

I’m using the latest version of WordPress and the Jetpack plugin.

Edit: Just to be more clear, the block I used displayed one image at a time and had arrows on the side that you can use to move between images. There were dots at the bottom that showed how many images there were and where you were in the set.

Edit 2: I generally use Firefox but after trying to edit via Chrome, I see more Jetpack blocks available. Huh????

OK, I found out that it was Google’s Site Kit plugin that was conflicting. That was the only new plugin I installed recently. After I disabled it, things worked again.

I used a jetpack/slideshow block on WordPress.com. Moved over to WordPress.org. Now I’m getting an error message saying my site doesn’t support it. I’m a beginner. Can you shed some insight as to how I can get it back? I have no plugins except for the one for import. Thanks!

@byuen, the Slideshow block is available on all Jetpack connected sites so you shouldn’t have any problems adding it:

If you still see an error, please open a new post from here and let us know more details.
