    Hi all,

    I’m new to wordpress (and blogging!) – only been using it for 1 month. I’d like comments, if you’ve got time, on my website http://www.report-gisol.com.

    I’ve built websites before, and I think wordpress is amazing. I’m not particularly good, but I know the basics I guess. I know very little about CSS – I need to learn, and I thought I knew quite a lot about php until I started looking at the files! I haven’t got a clue what does what, but I’ve managed to adapt the theme to my liking as I want.

    The site doesn’t validate, but I’m sure it’s to do with the theme, not me, as it didn’t before I started customising it.

    Anyway, any comments would be gratefully recieved. (I think)

    welcome to the community and hope u will stick to wordpress.. have been using wordpress on http://www.rockhospital.com since december 2005 and i love it.

    everything wordpress is great

    I will stay with WP. As I said, I think it’s amazing, and I’m wondering if I can incorporate it into, or even use it completely on any of my other websites.

    I really like the mouse-over highlight effect on your top logo. looks sharp.
    I was reading a little on your site and I can’t believe the story of what happened to you. What a nightmare, and it seems like you were not the only one who has a problem with this company. Good luck keeping people informed! Nice job.

    Thanks TVDinner for the comment. To be honest, the logo was a bit of trial and error. I’m no Photoshop expert, to say the least!

    The company in question is a nightmare. They prey on unsuspecting customers using fraudulent techniques to rip them off, sometimes for 1000s of dollars. I’m just trying to do my bit to stop this happening.

    I’ve just spent the last few hours trying to get the site to validate.

    It does now!
