Hello dear @nubiesan ,
Thanks for getting in touch and sharing with us.
In order to understand what the warning is caused by, we will need to see the backup log.
You can download the mentioned log file by this article link:
https://help.backup-guard.com/en/article/download-backup-log-file-fgh0gi/
Please send it via wetransfer.com using the link retrieving option.
Like this: https://prnt.sc/qr3ntv
We will be looking forward to hearing back from you.
I downloaded the file, and went to the site mentioned. It’s asking for an email address to send the file — where do I get the address?

@nubiesan Do not share files like that and never ask anyone to post an email address.
I’ve archived your reply.
@backup-guard Do you have a contact URL? Some people (appropriately so) develop a rash at using Wetransfer.
Dear @jdembowski and @nubiesan ,
The file can either be sent to support@backup-guard.com or else customers can contact us directly via Live Chat from the website: https://backup-guard.com/
Dear @nubiesan ,
Hope you’re fine.
We would love to hear back from you via email to resolve the case.
The modertor advised me not to send the file. There should be a simple explanation of what the Warning means — I should not have to keep asking — it should be in the documentation.
Dear @nubiesan ,
There may be different types of warnings which may mean different things depending on the particular case. The documentation can and will be improved so it can include some warnings.
We troubleshoot such cases with the help of log files at the moment. That’s why we ask for it.
Anyways, you can open the log file and tell us what you see at the end of it. It should contain some kind of error and show whether the error occurred during the Database backup or the file backup.
This is the only warning I see:
2021-01-27 21:45:00: Warning: Path is not readable (skipping): /var/www/wp-content/db.php
It occurred after the database section. There is nothing at the end of the full log
Thank you for the error message.
Could you, please, check the permission of this folder /wp-content/uploads/backup-guard?
If it’s not 755, please, make it 755.
Then try another backup and let us know about the results.
