I used all-in-one to duplicate my site from bluehost to a linux box in order to do development locally. I installed wordpress on my locally, installed all-in-one, and, after exporting and downloading an all-in-one image from my bluehost site, I imported the image.

It seems to have worked, because I see all the plugins from my bluehost site, but I did not get logged out, and when I “visit site” I find the intitial wordpress install still there.

So my question is … how do I invoke/access my new site on the local linux box, now that it is installed?

I have also replied to you. Your latest email indicated that you are unable to download the backup file due to timeout. You asked me to upload my file to dropbox or some other means. I can not use dropbox because I have to many files uploaded at this time, and can not delete them because they are used by others. I wonder if you can increase the timeout? It took me 3 hours to download the backup file. In the mean time I will look for some other place to upload later on tonight.

Thank you for your determination to help with this issue.

In case you did not see my replies, the problem seems that the database data was not restored. When I view the DB with phpmyadmin, I do not see any of the tables from my original site.

I am not sure if they are missing from the image, but there was no error message during the installation.

    Hi Eric,

Unfortunately I cannot increase the time-out on my end since the file is on your server and I have to download from there.
I am trying again and hope it works this time.
I will let you know over the email.

I am not sure what you mean by “over the support ticket”. Are you asking me to respond to you by email, or something else?

Support ticket means the email that you have sent to us.

    Thank you!
