My browser prevented Popup Builder from being visible right out of the chute, so I deleted it and tried three others, only to come back to Popup Builder for its ease of use and affordable upgrade options. Support helped me find the visibility problem, even after I was rude from exhaustion after hours of trying different plugins and popups. Bottom line: easy to use plugin, inexpensive upgrade, all the popup options, good customer support (even when you’re frustrated).
