If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.
Do you think it is a good idea to re-create my website? To re-create I mean to delete the garfieldstips.com website, and start a new one on a new hosting company. I’ll use the exact same content I’ve used on that site.

I think that’s a last resort option. If you move your site to a new host, with the same URLs, there won’t be duplicate content.
