What are these comments containing an excerpt of the page

I have created a blog on my server using wordpress. From times to times I see comments that are not really comments, but rather, excerpt of the page where the comment is.
The strange part is that the author and the IP is from my domain.
What is that? Should I approve or delete these comments.

Those are pingbacks and trackbacks. You can disable them via SETTINGS > DISCUSSION. See https://i.imgur.com/R0sqtKK.png
