First step — turn on ‘debug mode’. This will send you an email which includes the response from the service (Salesforce), which help in identifying the problem.

I am having the same problem and turned on debug mode. The email is not showing the submission url under *** Post (to Service) ***. Would that be the problem? If so, how can that be corrected? My admin page looks very similar to rcrem.

    Hi Zaus,

Thanks for your reply. Here’s the debug message I received:

Well. Unfortunately that response doesn’t really tell us anything. You might need to take it up with Salesforce to figure out the problem. Are you sure you’re submitting all of the fields originally found on the Salesforce form? I think I’ve seen some CRMs reject leads if they don’t contain at least a minimal set of ‘required’ fields, whatever those may be.

@enriqueponce do you mean the submission url isn’t showing under *** Post (Form) *** (not *** Post (to Service) ***)? That just indicates the page the form was submitted on, and shouldn’t matter (although it is strange that it wouldn’t be there).

I feel like I am missing a step or not understanding the plugin functionality correctly. I will revisit the documentation again.

    Any luck?
