What about optimization?

I have installed and activated WUCO at some of my sites to have a look, and I am wondering about database optimization. Is that already being covered here or might that be a future addition? My primary reason for trying WUCO is related to its scheduling feature, and also having optimization options here would be more convenient than adding code to wp-config.php.
