Would you like some help? If so, please explain whatever problem is occurring.

Looking at your history of other WP forum posts it looks like you have a Windows 2012 server and I assume you have a Windows IIS server. So most likely you would not be able to use Apache htaccess files unless you added/installed additional things on your Windows IIS server. BPS does not change anything about your website. So if the BPS htaccess files do not work on your Windows IIS server then use FTP and delete them. 1 htaccess file is located in your WordPress website installation folder and 1 htaccess file is located in your WordPress /wp-admin/ folder. The BPS Setup Wizard has an option to disable htaccess files if your server type does not work with/allow htaccess files. Setup Wizard Options > Enable|Disable htaccess Files > Choose htaccess Files Disabled. You will be able to use all of the other BPS security features except for BPS Root Folder BulletProof Mode (RBM) and wp-admin Folder BulletProof Mode (WBM).

Also I just wanted to point out that what you are doing is very unique. Most folks use standard web hosting. So since you are doing something unique with your custom Windows server 2012 setup then you have to expect unusual issues/problems that would not occur with everyone else. The reason I am pointing this out to you is that when I look at your other forum topic posts you are making the assumption that things should just work on your unique Windows 2012 server setup just like they would for everyone else and that is not going to be true in most cases. So you might want to take that into consideration when posting future forum topic posts. 😉
