    First, It is an add on the should be part of meta slider itself. No reason to have it separated from the other. The crop options are intentionally tweaked to make the image look dumb, and impossible to adjust to a decent view. Solution? upgrade lol

    How am I even supposed to consider the premium options, when the basics fail to server its purpose. But hey, nice try.

    Installed, and uninstalled right away.

    @andreadelriva I’m sorry, but this review is full of inaccuracies.

    • There is no Premium option for this plugin. Nothing is asking you to upgrade.
    • This plugin has been free and standalone for over 10 years now. It’s a little late for us to consider making it an add-on.
    • “The crop options are intentionally tweaked to make the image look dumb” … sorry, but that’s both rude and incorrect. We would never do anything like that.

    Bluntly speaking as before…

    For clarity, I should mention that I’m using Metaslider I guess (slideshow version) Speaking of confusion, even names you give your product are confusing here. That’s why I decided to pick this one for a test among other Lightbox alternatives.

    But facts, won’t change.

    If lightbox is free, as you say, then how do you explain the lock right on the side of crop settings? Which, when u hover it, asks to upgrade premium?

    The main slideshow plugin is “MetaSlider” and the lightbox plugin is “MetaSlider Lightbox”. That seems straightforward? Is that confusing?

    MetaSlider Lightbox is 100% free. Every single feature in this plugin is 100% free. There is no Premium option for this plugin!

    You say “facts won’t change”. Yes, I agree. Bluntly speaking, this review is wrong on all the facts.

    Crop size is as vague as it gets. So you never really able to set the image as it needs to be.

    Arrggggghhhh, what a frustrating process this is. I could keep on pointing out the mistakes you’re making. But I get the sense you’re not listening.

    After all this, it’s not even clear what your original point is. Are you really complaining that you can’t get the image crop feature to work in a different plugin? IN A DIFFERENT PLUGIN?

    Honestly … why not open a support ticket for that other plugin?

    Please do the sensible thing … remove this review with all the many mistakes. And just go and ask for help with that other plugin.
