Hi,

We are using WePOS plugin to provide POS system to our vendor. Everything working fine, just one issues. For vendor user, category not loading. But for admin user, category is showing as usual.

What to do?

DO you mean this category section under POS dashboard – https://ibb.co/sHStgfP

Vendors are getting any category here?

Please go to WCFM Admin Dashboard -> Capability -> press “Save” button once and now check as vendor.

Yes, you got my point. I did as you explained but seems not yet working. Yesterday, we bought your groups and capacity addons, we will set it tomorrow and will check that our issue resolved or not.

Can you please show me screenshot, where exactly you are missing categories as vendor?
May be I misunderstood this!

My vendor can see their products but cant see the categories, even though I assigned categories to them.

Please go to WCFM Capability setting and press “Save” button once.

Then check as Vendor.

Can you please check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the POS page?
(What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)
