• It would be nice to know about the extreme limitations UP FRONT before wasting my time installing and configuring questions before hitting a wall. Frankly, I didn’t even get to see if the form *would* even work.

Also: I would be willing to pay a flat rate for the added functionality (technically, my clients would be willing to pay…), but I’m not interested in paying for it indefinitely or committing my clients to it. You should listen to the people you are losing with this subscription model.

I can build in a one-time payment into my invoice, but not a open-ended option.

    Dear user,

    Thank you for your feedback.

All the plugins which have free and pro versions, free version has limits on some point, and that is also true for our plugin and we always try to open new features for free version users.

In the free version you have all necessary options for creating basic forms, but if you won’t to have advanced complex forms with a lot of features and functionality you can buy the pro version.

What about payment, we do not have subscription model for Form Maker: people can buy the plugin once and use it for ages. After the license expires user will just not have access to product updates, that’s all.

We have a big team who back ups our products to be up to dated with rapid changes in technology world, meanwhile adding a lot of features and functionality, so it’s quite fair to buy the plugin and pay for product updates if you care to have them.

Now about your 1 star, we have clearly written in our plugin’s description what points are available in free version and what can be done with pro version. Just having a glance would help you to understand whether to give a try or not.

Please think whether we really deserve 1 star or not.

I’ve used this plug-in extensively for some complex operations. When I have had issues the support response has been fantastic. I can easily prototype a form and even leverage the Test Paypal functionality with no difficulty. If you need this for a larger enterprise solution then it might not fit your needs but for any small to mid-size business it’s very robust and easy to use.
