Hi, I’m the developer of this plugin and I check in on this forum almost every day. The conversations in this forum help me make the plugin better, so I really appreciate your input.

Of course, I expect you to read the documentation (mostly here) before asking a support question. A lot of your questions will be answered there. I know the documentation isn’t perfect, so please post your question if you need help after reading.
I think it’s important to say that this is a complicated plugin that in many cases will require that you have a basic understanding of both CSS and PHP to get it to do what you want. I am happy to post code examples where possible, but I am not here to teach basic knowledge, I need to spend my time here supporting the plugin.
The plugin uses only basic CSS that lets the WP theme do the styling. If it doesn’t look the way you want it to look, you will probably need to understand what your theme is doing to style the output of the plugin and make your changes there.
I am often available to do custom work, so if you don’t mind paying me (you’ll find it’s reasonable), please email me with what you want your WP site to do, and I’ll get you set up.

1) Is there any way I can make entries clickable in the list view ([pdb_list])to open the entry for editing (would like to use a page for listing and editing instead of the Control panel).
2) Is there any way to export the database entries from the list view?
It’s best to start a top when you want to ask a question, it is more likely to be seen.
Follow the instructions on the “Setup Guide” in the plugin menu, and you will have all these things working.
I don’t seem to be able to add a new field in Manage Database Feilds.
I tried to use Manage Database Fields to add a new field title “Company Name”. I hit “Add Field” tap, The Company Name shows in the Title column, but it’s empty in the Name field.
When I tried run after hitting the Update Fields, the signup table does not show any more. But if delete this new field, it works again.
Please tell me what I did wrong?

Thanks for your awesome plugin! So far it is the best one I have found for this purpose.
I am running into a small formatting issue that I cannot seem to solve or find solutions to anywhere.
Basically my form is weirdly ‘scrunched’ together on the live page. That is (on the live page), the Title of the question is displayed in a very small space (maybe 20 pixels wide), and the Form Element (the blank field) takes up the remainder of the horizontal space (the row). This works fine, except that if the Title is longer than a few words, it gets crammed into two or three or more lines so it can fit into a 20-pixel wide space. And the Form Element gets jammed RIGHTUPNEXTTO where the Title ends – with no natural spacing in between.
This problem seems to be compounded by the fact that I have a Radio Buttons / other question that includes many choices (about 40), taking up lots of space. If I remove that question, the formatting re-arranges itself automatically and looks a bit cleaner.
It seems like there is some automatic formatting or center-justifying that is happening – but I cannot fix it. I tried left-aligning it on the Page. No luck. I tried de-selecting “Use WordPress Auto-Formatting” under Settings >> General Settings. No luck.
I looked through the documentation and support on the wordpress forum, and didn’t find anything I could use.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

1.) Some way to include Datepicker on date fields, because most users do not like to write the date or performed incorrectly.
Two.) Function could be included for nested fields. For example I have two fields – Animals – Plants. When despliege the list and select animals automatically load the list of animals.
Three.) Include field validation with Jquery ajax or when changing field without reloading the page. It is possible?
Sections 2 and 3 and tried to do it with ajax and javascritp, but it has not been me.
